General conditions of withdrawal in case of bad weather
These terms and conditions define the cancellation and refund procedures in the event of bad weather for activities organized by our company.
By «bad weather,» we mean weather conditions that prevent the safe completion of the planned activity, such as:
- Heavy rains
- High winds
- Thunderstorms
- Dense fog
- Any other condition deemed dangerous by our experts
In case of predicted bad weather, we commit to notifying participants of the activity's cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, whenever possible. If bad weather arises unexpectedly, we will inform participants as soon as possible before the start of the activity.
In case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, participants will have the following options:
- Activity postponement: Reschedule the activity for a later date at no additional cost.
- Refund: Request a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled activity.
The proposed prices include any discounts and rebates that AerOnde may grant, taking into account its results or the buyer's assumption of certain services.
- The general terms and conditions for withdrawal do not apply if the cancellation is due to reasons other than weather conditions (e.g., personal reasons, transportation issues).
- Participants who have commenced the activity cannot request a refund due to weather changes that occur after the activity has begun, unless the activity is stopped by our staff for safety reasons.
- Our company cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred by participants outside of the activity cost (e.g., accommodation, transport) in the event of cancellation due to bad weather.
- Participant safety being our top priority, the decision to postpone or cancel an activity due to inclement weather will be made at our sole discretion.
By booking an activity with our company, participants automatically accept these terms and conditions of cancellation in the event of bad weather.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants and will take effect immediately for all new bookings.
